How to update credit card and bank information at the Sage Portal
Description

 NOTE: Only the primary contact on the account can update the credit card and bank details.

Sage customers

  1. Go to Sage Customer Portal.
  2. Click Log on at the top right.
  3. Enter your Username and Password.
  4. Go to My Account and select Payment Details.
  5. Scroll down and select Add a new card or Add bank account.
  6. Fill in the details and Submit.
  7. You can update the existing card by selecting Edit under the Card history.

Sage business partners

  1. Go to Sage Partner Portal.
  2. Enter your ID/email and Password to Log in. 
  3. In the left navigation bar, click Account management and select Update my Cards or Add a new card.
  4. Fill in the details and Save

  NOTE: To remove your credit card or bank account information on the account or help with portal access issues, contact customer service at 866-996-SAGE (7243).
