NOTE: Only the primary contact on the account can update the credit card and bank details. Sage customers- Go to Sage Customer Portal.
- Click Log on at the top right.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Go to My Account and select Payment Details.
- Scroll down and select Add a new card or Add bank account.
- Fill in the details and Submit.
- You can update the existing card by selecting Edit under the Card history.
Sage business partners- Go to Sage Partner Portal.
- Enter your ID/email and Password to Log in.
- In the left navigation bar, click Account management and select Update my Cards or Add a new card.
- Fill in the details and Save.
