How to show inactive records that are hidden
Description
Cause
Resolution
  1. On the top menu in Sage 50, select Options and Global.
  2. Uncheck Hide inactive records.
  3. Select OK.
  4. Verify your inactive records are now available to view.

NOTE:

Browse back to Options, Global, and check to Hide Inactive Records when finished, if you want to hide the inactive records again.
