1. Access the Integrity Check

  1. Change your accounting period to Period 1.
  2. Select Help, Support Utilities, and then click Integrity Check.
  3. Click Backup.
  4. Give your backup a name, choose where to save it, and then click Save.
  5. Click OK in the box that tells you the size of the backup.

2. Run the Customer/Journal Sync Test

Section 2: Run the Customer/Journal Sync Test

  1. Select Reindex Files box, select Customer from the Reindex File List, and then click OK.
  2. Use the steps in Section 1 to access the Integrity Check and click Continue when prompted to backup.
  3. Select Reindex Files box, select Jrnl Header from the Reindex File List, and then click OK.
  4. Use the steps in Section 1 to access the Integrity Check and click Continue when prompted to backup.
  5. Select Reindex Files box, select Jrnl Rows from the Reindex File List, and then click OK.
  6. Use the steps in Section 1 to access the Integrity Check and click Continue when prompted to backup.
  7. Select Customer/Journal under the Data Synchronization Tests section and then click OK.
  8. When the tests have finished, change back to your current accounting period.
  9. Verify that this resolved your issue.
