| | Why did my phases and cost codes not purge? |
| Resolution | A phase or cost code will not purge if one of the following is true:
- It is active.
- The phase or cost code is used on a transaction (such as a quote or sales invoice) after jobs have been purged.
- The phase or cost code is used on any job beginning balances after jobs have been purged.
- The phase or cost code is used on any of the following memorized transactions:
- Quotes
- Sales Invoices
- Purchase Orders
- Payments
- General Journals
- The phase or cost code is used on a job estimate after jobs have been purged.
