    • Version 2024: Peachtree310.ini
    • Version 2023: Peachtree300.ini
    • Version 2022: Peachtree290.ini
  4. To locate the data path, scroll down to the bottom of the third paragraph and look for the line starting with DATAPATH=.
  5. To locate the program path, scroll down to the bottom of the sixth or seventh paragraph and look for the line starting with PROGRAMPATH=.

From within Sage or its icon properties

  • To find the data path:

  1. Open Sage 50—U.S. Edition.
  2. Select File, Open Company.
    • Don’t select Open Previous Company
  3. Drag the corner of the box so the full directory shows.
  4. The directory, minus the truncated spelling of the company name, is the data path.
  • To find the program path:

  1. Right-click the Sage shortcut icon.
  2. Select Properties.
  3. The blue highlighted path on the Target line, minus Peachw.exe, is the program path.
    • If you choose Open File Location, the program path will open for you
