To help you identify the types of personal information that are stored in your database on your consumers, the following reports are included with version 18.4:
- AB Contact and Person Consumer Privacy Report.rpt
- PM Corporation Consumer Privacy Report.rpt
- PM Manager and Broker Consumer Privacy Report.rpt
- PM Property Consumer Privacy Report.rpt
- PM Tenant Consumer Privacy Report.rpt
- PR Employee Consumer Privacy Report.rpt
- SM Service Site Contact Consumer Privacy Report (CR).rpt
All the reports except for the SM report were created in Sage 300 CRE Report Designer. The SM report was created in Crystal Reports.
When you install version 18.4, these reports are added to the Report folder in your Sage program files ( \ProgramData\Sage\TIMBERLINE OFFICE\9.5\ACCOUNTING\Report). You can use Reports Manager to add them to your Reports menu - see How do I add a report in Reports Manager?.
(The SM report is added to the Service Management sub-folder of the Report folder - \ProgramData\Sage\TIMBERLINE OFFICE\9.5\ACCOUNTING\Report\Service Management.)
For your convenience, you can find the design notes for all the consumer privacy reports in the Attachments area of this article.
Note that these reports are only based on fields that come with Sage 300 CRE. If you have created custom fields to store personal information on consumers, you can modify these reports to add your custom fields or create new reports.
