| How to create a manual or On-Demand backup in Sage 100 Contractor SQL |
Resolution | - Connect to Database Administration for Sage 100 Contractor.
- From the menu on the left, select Tune Up / Back Up / Restore…
- Select Back Up Companies. The right panel will display a listing of all company databases.
- Select the box for each company database you want to back up.
- Under Enter the location for the backup files: the default location is C:\Sage100Con\Backup\On Demand. You can change this location if desired. Sage recommends that you use the default location.
- Click Create Backup. Status messages, indicating the status of the backup process, will display at the bottom left of the window.
