Issue overview
After moving accounting data to a new server, Sage Paperless Construction still goes to old locations.
This breaks document access, syncing, and job polling processes.
Resolution summary
Update the Bridge for every Vault because it goes to the accounting data location.
Also review paths set in Vault setup and AP Flow Settings.
If you don’t know all file locations, involve your network or IT professional.

Required updates after moving data
Update all Vault Bridges so they reference the new server paths.
Review Vault setup paths that store documents or attachments.
Review AP Flow Settings paths for invoices and supporting files.
Confirm all paths use the correct UNC format for the new server.
Steps to reset Sage 300 CRE attachment sync paths in Job Poll
Use these steps only if you use Attachment Sync Reset Paths in the Job Poll.
- Start Sage Paperless Construction.
- Log in with a user with administration rights.
- Select Administration, then go to Job Poll.
- Select Sage 300 Attachment Sync.
- Click Edit.
- Update Base Path to the new UNC path.
- Set Attachment Sync Reset Paths to True.
- Click Run Now.
- Select Sage 300 Attachment Sync again.
- Click Edit.
- Set Attachment Sync Reset Paths to False.
Validation and follow-up
Verify users can access attachments and documents from job, invoice, or vendor records.
Confirm no errors appear during attachment sync or job polling.
Revisit Vault and AP Flow paths if issues continue.
