The following files and folders may be present in your specific company folder:

Folders:
  • Archive
  • Archives
  • Attachments
  • BUSINT
  • Drafts
  • Histories
  • Keysbackup
  • Letters
Files:
  • .CAC and .CAX files
  • Forecast.bak
  • Foredetl.bak
  • Company.ini
  • Details.ini
  • .DAT Files (If present, delete the following: Options.dat, Serial.dat, Status.dat, ConnCo.dat)
  • Company.db (and variations; Example: Company_6.db, Company_bak.db)
  • .FRM files (FRM files, if removed, are repopulated from the Forms folder when backing up)
  • ~PVSW~.LOC
  • CrystalReports.udl
  • Services.pwp
  • Services.pwb
  • .PTB files
  • .PTR files (PTR files, if removed, are repopulated from the Forms folder when backing up)
  • .RPT files (Crystal Reports from Sage 50 2014 and earlier, may not be present in Sage 50 2015 and later releases)
  • .TXT files (Example: company_convert_notes.txt, datalog.txt, purge.txt)
  • KMSKeys.xml
