Sage Paperless Construction: How do I update or Sync Addins?

Cause
The add-in features were not synched when the install was run.
Resolution

Note: In order to perform the following steps, you will need access to the SPC server dashboard and also be able to sign into Sage Paperless Construction as an administrator. If you do not have the necessary permissions, please contact your local I.T. professional or systems administrator to obtain the appropriate permissions to continue.

  1. Open the SPC Server Dashboard from the server.
  2. On the Deployment tab, click on Sync Addins.
    Note: Sync Addins will now download the application addins. Download may take a moment to display and will disappear/reappear a few times as it downloads different addins.
  3. On the affected workstation, close/reopen Paperless.
  4. Open the Addins ribbon.
  5. Click on Addins to and click Install on the desired add-ins.
