Cause
Resolution

Use a supported access method

Run Sage 100 from a Remote Desktop Services desktop session instead of the RDWeb Web Client.

NOTE:

Currently, RDWeb environments (including On-Premise and via Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop Pools) aren't supported for Sage 100 Advanced and Premium. See: Is Sage 100 supported in Microsoft RD Web Client or Azure Windows Virtual Desktop Pool?
