Transactions or information does not match the conditions on the report.

Operators are entered in backwards on the conditions.

To date and From Date are in the wrong place or order.

A report returning with "no information to print" is not always an issue. If no transactions should match the conditions set your and conditions are correct, then the report has provided you with the information you needed. When you were expecting to find transactions you will want to review your conditions for errors. Below are a some common condition setup.

When setting up an AND/OR condition, if it is not setup in the correct order it can result in no transactions or date matching the condition.

When the dates are reversed on a prompt field or in a condition you will get "No information to print".
