Taxable/Subject to amounts may be written incorrectly to checks when pretax deductions are refunded and the pretax deduction was exempt to a Local Tax..
Resolution
This is a file fix. Recalculate subject to will not correct this issue. Please contact support to schedule a file fix.
During the file fix we will need access to the server in order to correct the check tax records.
