Visual Integrator limitations The Visual Integrator module supports importing new records and updating existing records in selected Sage 100 data tables. Visual Integrator doesn't support deleting or removing records from Sage 100 data files. Use alternative record removal methods Delete records in data entry files You can manually remove records from data entry files. Example: Delete sales orders or line items in Sales Order, Main, Sales Order Entry. Delete customers, vendors, and item codes You can remove customers, vendors, and item codes individually or through available utilities. Examples: - Delete customers in Accounts Receivable, Main, Customer Maintenance.
- Delete customers using Accounts Receivable, Utilities, Delete and Change Customers.
Purge historical records You can remove some historical records through purge utilities. Examples: - Purge sales history in Sales Order, Utilities, Purge Sales History.
- Purge invoice and payment history in Accounts Payable, Utilities, Purge Accounts Payable History.
