How do I find the number of vacation or sick hours taken?

Resolution
Option I: If vacation/sick is tracked under Benefits/Taxes/Liabilities

  1. Click Reports & Forms, and then select Payroll
  2. Double click report called Vacation and Sick Time Report to show recorded hours


Option II: If vacation/sick is tracked by Pay Type

  1. Click Reports & Forms
  2. Select Payroll
  3. Double click Yearly Earnings Report
  4. Click Columns button on the top of the screen
  5. On Columns tab, scroll down to row Pay Type Info
  6. Click the Show column
  7. Click OK to add three new columns Pay Type, Pay Hrs, and Pay Amt
  8. Total hours are now viewable under Vacation or Sick Pay Type fields
