Use Microsoft Print to PDF to print PDF files.

1. Select the Print button.
   • On reports, select Microsoft Print to PDF from the dropdown
   • On forms, click Printer Setup and then select Microsoft Print to PDF from the dropdown
2. Then selecting the Printer Setup.
3. Choose Microsoft Print to PDF.
4. Select OK.
5. Select Print.
6. Verify the file name and location to save the PDF document.
   
   NOTE:

   In Sage 50 Cloud (hosted), you'll have to browse to the local drive. In File Explorer, browse to This PC, and select your local drive, such as "C on [computer name]".

7. Select Save.
