| Description | Upgrade to the latest version Update Sage 100 Contractor to version 26.1 or later to resolve this issue. Other conditions for successful emailing - Keep Outlook open when emailing from Sage 100 Contractor. If you close Outlook, Sage will show an error asking you to reopen it.
- Run both Outlook and Sage 100 Contractor with the same Windows permissions.
- Install a current version of Outlook and configure it with your email account.
- The cloud-based app "New Outlook" doesn’t integrate with desktop applications like Sage 100 Contractor.
- Keep Outlook open during scheduled report and alert tasks.
- Only the user who set up the report or alert task with their Windows login can open Outlook.
