Description | UPDATED: Version 26.1 and later resolve this issue. Download the latest release update. Upgrade to version 26.1 or later, and make sure the following conditions are fulfilled - Outlook must be open when emailing within Sage 100 Contractor. Closing Outlook will display an error alerting you to open Outlook
- Outlook and Sage 100 Contractor must run with the same Windows permissions
EXAMPLE: Opening Sage 100 Contractor using "Run as administrator" while opening Outlook normally will generate an error. Open both programs normally - You must have a current version of Outlook installed and configured with your email account
- You can't use the "New Outlook" introduced as a free alternative to Windows Mail in December 2023. It's a cloud-based email application that doesn't integrate with installed applications like Sage 100 Contractor
- Outlook must be open during the scheduled report and alert tasks
- The user who used their Windows login credentials to create the scheduled report or alert task must open Outlook
