Update Sage 100 Contractor to version 26.1 or later to resolve this issue.

Other conditions for successful emailing

  • Keep Outlook open when emailing from Sage 100 Contractor. If you close Outlook, Sage will show an error asking you to reopen it.
  • Run both Outlook and Sage 100 Contractor with the same Windows permissions.
  • Install a current version of Outlook and configure it with your email account.
  • The cloud-based app "New Outlook" doesn’t integrate with desktop applications like Sage 100 Contractor.
  • Keep Outlook open during scheduled report and alert tasks.
  • Only the user who set up the report or alert task with their Windows login can open Outlook.
