| Resolution | Supported Outlook options Sage BusinessWorks 2025 and earlier Sage BusinessWorks 2025 and earlier supports a local installation of Outlook Classic. - Microsoft Outlook 32-bit uses ISG MAPI as the default service. You can also use Outlook.
- Microsoft Outlook 64-bit uses Outlook as the default service.
- If you receive errors with 64-bit Outlook, install the 32-bit version.
Sage BusinessWorks 2026 and later Sage BusinessWorks 2026 and later supports local installations of Outlook Classic and New Outlook. - Microsoft Outlook 32-bit uses Outlook 32 as the default service.
- Microsoft Outlook 64-bit uses Outlook 64 as the default service.
Supported service options - When emailing forms, use the Service dropdown menu to select an available email service.
- You can find the Service in the lower-left corner of the Electronic Forms Manager when emailing forms.
