Resolution
  • If using 32-bit Microsoft Outlook, select ISG MAPI as your email service when emailing.
  • If user 64-bit Microsoft Outlook, select Outlook as your email service when emailing.
Sage BusinessWorks is only supported when emailing from a local install of a MAPI compliant email software.
