1. Have everyone log out of Sage 50.
   • If using Remote Data Access(RDA), do steps 3-8 on all PCs that connect to RDA
   • Don’t have the data open while doing this process
2. Open Sage 50 on the server.
3. Select Help, and then Sage 50 Activation, Licensing, and Subscription Options.
4. Select Change your current version.
5. Click OK.
6. In the Serial number field, enter the new serial number you received.
7. Click OK.
8. Verify Sage 50 activates successfully. See How do I know if Sage 50—U.S. Edition is activated? for steps to verify activation.
