1. Report Viewer (PR1) - The Report Viewer is a per workstation license so you would need a license for each user's computer. It is not a required license but it is useful for those who wish to run reports themselves - self-serve - and for those who want to drill-down to supporting data such as the transactional level of financial reports. When a report is distributed the recipient cannot drill-down which helps the company with controlling who can see this data.
2. Report Manager (RMG) - The Report Designer is a site license, however the license enables the use of the Report Designer report which includes the Task Pane (Excel Add-In). The Task Pane is used to create Financial Reports.
3. Administrator (ADM) - Administrator will have access to all modules.
