The Audit Trail Report shows the date anyone entered, edited, and/or deleted transactions and maintenance records, and which user performed the action. If you don't have users set up in the company, the report will display Not Available in the user name column.

  1. Select Reports & Forms, and then click Company.
  2. Double-click Audit Trail Report.
  3. Select Options, where you can select a date range and other report options. (The date refers to the date the action occurred, not the date of the transaction.)
  • Action - Add, Change, Delete, or All.
  • Transaction Reference - Select a specific transaction or range of transaction reference numbers.
  • User Name - Select a specific user or range of users.
  • The audit trail report begins recording activity at the creation of a company. You can filter this report to the first activity to indicate the creation date of the company.
