ERROR: ECONNRESET errors
Description

Users are seeing ECONNRESET errors occasionally

When looking into the Syracuse log files, you see corresponding errors, for example:

You also see messages in the Windows Event logs which roughly correspond to the user errors occuring

It is likely the Windows desktop heap is contributing to this issue, so recommend modifying this setting. This change should be made on any Windows server running the X3 Main or Additional process server (Runtime)
