FIXED: Sage Advisor Update:  Business Care Plan expired
Description

The Business Care button in Sage Advisor Update displays the Plan Status as "Expired".

Cause
Resolution

Refresh the License File on the Server

Step 1: Update License Files via License Administration

  1. On the server, click Start and use Search to find License Administration.
  2. Open License Administration.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Confirm the Expiration Date is correct.

Step 2: Verify License in Sage 100 Contractor

  1. Click Start, then Search for Sage 100 Contractor.
  2. Open Sage 100 Contractor.
  3. Go to Home and Resources.
  4. Click About Sage 100 Contractor.
  5. Confirm the Expiration Date is accurate.

Step 3: Check Sage Advisor Update Version and Status

  1. Click Start, then Search for Sage Advisor Update.
  2. Open Sage Advisor Update.
  3. Verify the version is v2.4.0.0 or later.
  4. Click Check for Updates.

Once completed, your Business Care Plan status updates to Active.
