| Resolution | Refresh the License File on the Server Step 1: Update License Files via License Administration - On the server, click Start and use Search to find License Administration.
- Open License Administration.
- Click Update.
- Confirm the Expiration Date is correct.
Step 2: Verify License in Sage 100 Contractor - Click Start, then Search for Sage 100 Contractor.
- Open Sage 100 Contractor.
- Go to Home and Resources.
- Click About Sage 100 Contractor.
- Confirm the Expiration Date is accurate.
Step 3: Check Sage Advisor Update Version and Status - Click Start, then Search for Sage Advisor Update.
- Open Sage Advisor Update.
- Verify the version is v2.4.0.0 or later.
- Click Check for Updates.
Once completed, your Business Care Plan status updates to Active. |
