Open Timeslips Administrator. Click on Diagnose this Computer. Make note of the Installation Path. Your Config File is located inside of the Installation Folder. You can Browse to this location and find the Timeslip.CFG File  Steps on Sending Config File to an analyst : - Open and Email, click on Attach File
- Browse to your Installation Folder (look above for how to find that)
- Click on your Timeslip.cfg file
- Add your Ticket # or Account # to the email subject line
- Email to the representative you are working with
What do I do when I get my Config file back from the analyst? - Browse to that Install path again in Windows File Explorer
- Rename the OLD config file that is there to anything you want (just make sure to change the name)
- Then come back to the Email that has your NEW Config file
- Save that NEW config file as Timeslip.cfg
- Save it inside of that same Install path the OLD one was in
