Find backup files on my computer

Resolution
  1. Click the Windows Start button.
  2. In the Search area, type File Explorer and click Enter.
  3. In the File Explorer, click in the Search area in the upper right. 
  4. Type *.ptb and press Enter.
  5. It will populate a list of PTB files located on your computer. You can identify them by the date, and, usually, by the file name.
