The SY1Q01.soa file holds header records for ALE lookups in Sage 100. It, along with other files holding lookup records, is found in the "..\MAS90\SOA" folder where Sage 100 is installed.

The primary key fields are:

• Company Code - A string of 3 characters for the company code ("###" means all companies).
• User Code - A string of 3 characters for the Sage 100 User Logon ("###" means all users).
• Level - A string of 1 character, where "A" and "B" are user-defined, "Y" is a record defined by a third-party developer, and "Z" is defined by Sage.
• View - a numeric value between "00" and "99"
• Lookup Code - The name of the lookup, such as "AP_Invoice Invoice Data Entry Header List"

Note: Most records in SY1Q01.soa will be defaulted to be defined by Sage for all users in all companies, and thus begin with "######Z00".
