Error: "Unable to continue" because no active licenses (registration needs updating)

Cause
Resolution
  1. Open License Administration for Sage 100 Contractor and review the Registration Information. Check that the correct Sage client ID number is in the first field and the Registration name (your company name as it appears in Sage's records) is in the second field.
  2. Click Update license information.
     NOTE: If this does not resolve the issue, click the Chat now link below for further assistance.
  3. On your license server, access the Services window.
  4. Find the Sage 100 Contractor SQL Hosting Framework service, and choose Stop. Then choose Start.
  5. Reconnect to Sage 100 Contractor.
