| Resolution | - Open License Administration for Sage 100 Contractor and review the Registration Information.
- Verify that the Sage client ID number is in the first field.
- Verify that the Registration name is in the second field.
- Click Update license information.

- On your license server, access the Services window.
- Find the Sage 100 Contractor SQL Hosting Framework service.
- Click Stop.
- Click Start.
- Reconnect to Sage 100 Contractor.
