| Cause | The Company database wasn't upgraded in Database Administration for Sage 100 Contractor, Upgrade Company Databases after the last Sage 100 Contractor software update was installed. |
| Resolution | - Connect to Database Administration for Sage 100 Contractor.
- Click Upgrade Company Database.
- If the missing company is selected in the box, it must be upgraded.
- Uncheck any companies you don't wish to upgrade now, before clicking Upgrade Databases.
- When the upgrade is complete, close and reopen the Sage 100 Contractor program and verify the company now appears in the Company List.
