Description
Cause

The user's SQL-authenticated login account is broken

Resolution
  1. Connect to the Sage 100 Contractor with Administrator rights.
  2. Open menu 7-2-2 User List.
  3. For user who is unable to log in, re-enter their password in the Password column.
  4. Click File, Save.
  5. Log the user into the company database using their SQL-authenticated username and password.
  6. Click Refresh Company list when the Company List window displays.
