Fix "Line Number 1 has not been distributed" Import Error
Description
This error appears in the Visual Integrator log during the import of Lot or Serial Items. It indicates a mismatch between the line quantity and its related distribution records.
Cause
Quantity mismatch
The system detects a mismatch between the line quantity and the total distribution quantity.
Examples of mismatch
The number of distributions exceeds the line quantity.
The number of distributions is less than the line quantity.
Serialized items don’t have one serial number per distribution record.
Resolution
Verify distribution totals
Ensure the line quantity equals the total of all distribution quantities.
For standard lot or serial imports
Confirm the total distribution quantity matches the line quantity exactly.
Review all distribution records for accuracy and completeness.
For serialized items
Ensure each distribution record has a quantity of 1.
Confirm the number of distribution records equals the line quantity.
Verify each distribution record contains a unique serial number.
Example scenario
Line quantity equals 5.
You must create 5 distribution records.
Each record must include a unique serial number.
