Change the sales tax summary text for your invoices

1. Select AR, Utilities, Maintain Invoice Preferences.
2. Select the Summary Text button.
3. Modify the sales tax text as desired.
    NOTE: Because sales tax rates change often, don't enter a specific rate in the custom text.  Allow the software to pull the rate entered in Maintain Sales Tax. 

To include the Sales Tax ID and the Rate

• Add the Sales Tax ID at the beginning of the Custom Summary Text
   EXAMPLE: GA Sales tax @ [Rate]  

To include the Sales Tax ID without the rate:

• Remove the @ [Rate] and add ID.  Example: Sales tax [ID]
