- Ensure you are on Payroll update 2.22.0, see Download Sage 100 Payroll 2.22.0 for more information.
- Go to Payroll, Utilities, Payroll Tax Update and run any tax updates.
- Go to Payroll, Setup, Tax Profile Maintenance and select the Washington profile.
- Verify that the Washington Cares Fund Tax Withholding is listed under the Tax Group Details list for WA. If it is NOT listed, follow these next steps.
- Go to Payroll, Utilities, Payroll Status Check Utility and click run.
- Locate Tax Profile and click ERRORS.
- On the INDEX column, locate the WA profile and click on it so it’s highlighted, then click on the Fix Icon on the right hand side.
8. A message will pop up saying Tax Profile: XX was fixed successfully. Click OK.
9. Go to Payroll, Setup, Tax Profile Maintenance and select the Washington profile again.
10. Verify that the Washington Cares Fund Tax Withholding is now listed under the Tax Group Details list for WA and select it if necessary.
