| Cause | The user is not set up in the Estimating Management Console in security |
| Resolution | To Add a user to security- Launch Estimating Management Console
- Choose the Security tab
- Choose the User tab
- Choose the Add button
- Enter the user id
- Select the Role (for the user using the dropdown list)
- Select OK
