Is there a payroll report that will display employee hours worked?
Description
Note: If you select Employee Name in the Sort by option, you will not get totals for each employee. You will only get total for all employees
Cause
Resolution

To run the report:

  1. Go to Reports and Forms, Payroll.
  2. Select Payroll Register.
  3. Click Options.
  4. Change the date range to the desired time frame.
  5. In the Sorting and Summary options choose to Sort by: Employee ID.
  6. Check the Show only totals box.
  7. Click OK.

To save this report for future use:

  1. Click Save.
  2. Enter a Report name for the modified report.
  3. Click Save.
  4. The saved custom report will now show in the list of payroll reports.
