1. Close Sage 50 and browse to the following location.
   • For 32-Bit Microsoft Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Peach
   • For 64-Bit Microsoft Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Peach
2. Locate and rename the FormViewer directory to OldFormViewer.
3. Open the FormViewer folder. 
4. Right-click in a blank area and select New and then Folder.
5. Name the folder Forms and press Enter.
6. Install payroll tax form updates manually.

If the error still occurs, delete the registry key for the tax form installation and try the tax form update again:

1. Open the Windows Registry Editor by searching for regedit in the Windows Search bar.
2. Make a backup of registry keys in the Windows Registry Editor.
3. In the registry editor, browse to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer.
4. Browse to Edit and select Find.
5. In the search field, type Sage 50 Accounting Tax Forms and click Find.
6. Delete the 7A4FE1AB76BAB294C9D7A4EE345F3A6C folder on the left and close the Registry Editor.
7. Install payroll tax form updates manually.
