.NET 4.8 is typically already included on Machines with Windows 10 & 11, but it is possible it may be missing on some older Windows 10 machines or Servers.

1. On workstation, enter Regedit in Search and open Registry Editor
2. Open Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\SKUs
3. Verify the following is listed:
   • .NETFramework,Version=v4.8
