Resolution
  1. On the workstation, enter Regedit in Search and open Registry Editor.
  2. Open Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\SKUs.
  3. Verify the following:
    • .NETFramework,Version=v4.8
  4. Use the following link on Microsoft's website if you need to install .NET 4.8.
