Currently, you can only use the available Earnings types when processing time cards and the system only allows you to track sick and vacation hours. For available Earnings types, please see article What Earnings types are available when you post a Time Card?

Possible Workaround:
Record the additional hours using the Earnings type Regular Pay and assign those hours to a task code specific for that pay type.
For reports for the task code entries go to PR, Report, Task Code Reports.
