Description | If you use one or more Mapped Drives (e.g. drive letter “T:”) to access your Sage 300 CRE data or Program Files, you need to install the MyAssistant Drive Mapper. The MyAssistant Drive Mapper is used by the Windows Service that runs MyAssistant Tasks to access your Sage 300 CRE data or programs. |

Setting up the MyAssistant Drive Mapper: - Log on to the computer where the MyAssistant Server is installed using a Windows user that has Administrator or Unlimited privileges.
- Open the folder containing the MyAssistant installation files.
- Open the Tools, DriveMapperCommand folder in the MyAssistant installation files
- Open the DriveMapperCommand.config file with notepad.
- Replace the value between and labels with the UNC path that the drive is currently mapped to for this user.
- For multiple drives, add a section for each additional drive.
- Save the changes.
- Copy the InnovativeSoftwareDesign.MyAssistant.DriveMapperCommand.dll and DriveMapperCommand.config files.
- Past both files in the following locations:
- C:\Program Files(x86)\Innovative Software Design\My Assistant
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Innovative Software Design\MyAssistant\Sender Service
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Innovative Software Design\MyAssistant\Task Service
- Run the MyAssistant Configuration Manager and click OK to restart the ISD Services.
