Cause | Conflict between Crystal Report runtime engine Service packs. |
Resolution | Run a Repair install. Running a Repair installation: - For Single User versions of Sage Fixed Assets:
- Run the Install for Sage Fixed Assets or Sage Fixed Assets Lite Depreciation, choose Repair, click Next, click Finish when the process completes
- For Sage Fixed Assets - Network Client:
- Browse to the SFAServ directory on the server where the Sage Fixed Assets Server Components were installed. Open the Network Client folder, right-click on the Setup.exe and select Run as administrator, select Repair, click Next, click Finish when the process completes
- For Sage Fixed Assets – Premier Client:
- Browse to the SFAServ directory on the server where the Sage Fixed Assets Server Components were installed. Open the Premier Client folder, right-click on the Setup.exe and select Run as administrator, select Repair, click Next, click Finish when the process completes
