1. Go to Payroll, ACA, ACA Employee Maintenance.
2. Select the correct calendar year and employee then click on Monthly Detail.
3. In the Offer of Coverage column, ensure the correct Offer of Coverage is selected.
4. Note that only the options including Individual coverage HRA will result in the "Age on January 1" to print on the 1095-C form.
