Cause

Paperless Office Delivery Options for that customer have Password value entered.

Resolution

Select customer in Custimer Maintenance, select More- Paperless Office Delivery Options.

if password is specified on the Password field then this is why there is password prompt opening PDF files.

If no password is desired, clear the Password field.
