Sales tax no longer calculates on my sales invoices; how can I correct this?
Description

*If invoice is dated before date tax Field update, will not take in effect, on Invoice.

 
Cause
Resolution
  1. On the main menu, select Maintain, Default Information, Inventory Items
  2. Select the Taxes/Shipping tab
  3. Make sure that Field 1 is Regular
  4. Check the box in the Tax column
  5. Check the box in the Tax column for any other Field row that is used to calculate taxes
  6. Select OK
  7. Verify that Sales Tax is calculating on the Sales Invoice
