Cause | - Momentary drop in network connection
- Network Interface Card (NIC) going to sleep
- Wireless network connection drop
|
Resolution | - Disable all power management features for the NICs on each machine. See the additional information section for instructions.
- If you’re running a wireless network, then hard wire your computers to the network and see if you still experience the issue. Sage 50 isn’t supported over a wireless network.
- Test the computer where the data resides to see if the same thing happens there. If it doesn't, then there’s an issue with the network that a network technician needs to resolve.
