| Resolution | Download your Timeslips update - At your server or single-station computer, visit the Timeslips Download Portal.
- Choose the Service Release you want to download.
- On the Download page, click Download. If prompted to Run or Save the file, choose Save.
- The download will default to the Download folder on your computer.
Install updates for network installations - Have all users close Timeslips on all machines.
- From your Download folder, right‑click the update file, and select Run As Administrator.
- Click Next.
- Confirm the destination path goes to the physical Timeslips program location, not the UNC path.
- Click Next.
- Click Install.
- Click Finish when the verification appears. The Read Me file opens in a browser.
- Open Timeslips on each workstation to trigger the workstation update.
Install updates for single‑station installations - Close Timeslips.
- From your Download folder, right‑click the update file, and select Run As Administrator.
- Click Next.
- Confirm the destination path goes to the correct Timeslips program location, and click Next.
- Click Install.
- Click Finish when the verification appears.
