| How to tell if you are logged in with administrator rights |
Description | In order to install applications in Windows and do other administrative tasks you need to have administrator rights (privileges) on your computer. |
Resolution | [BCB:5:Third-party support:ECB] - Right-click the Windows Start button and select Run.
- In the Open field of the Run window, type control userpasswords2, then select OK.
- If the user has Local Administrator rights, you will see a window displaying the list of authorized Windows users.
