Cause
User does not have security rights to the area.
Resolution
  • In order to access the desired area, rights to the area will need to be added to the user by the Sage 50 Admin.
  • Refer to Article ID 12195: DocLink: How to edit user rights
  • If using Sage 50 Quantum, refer to Article ID 10630: How to customize user access in Quantum Accounting.
