- Manually import the bank statement, referring to How do I import a bank statement?
- Error code 30007 is a generic authentication error code, when attempting to import bank statements and this error code is received, the bank in question has de-authorized automatic imports into Sage 50 US and the statement will need to be imported manually.
Note: If the bank only provides the bank statement in .PDF (Adobe) format then there are third party software that can convert .PDF to .OFX or .QFX that can import into Sage 50 via the Import button.
