How to remove and reinstall the Sage 50 E-mail Writer

  1. Close Sage 50.
  2. Press the WINDOWS+R keys, type control printers, and then click OK.
    • Then select Printer & scanners if you're on Windows 11
  3. Right-click Sage 50 E-mail Writer v3, and then select Remove Device.
    • In Windows 11, left-click the Sage 50 E-mail Writer v3 and select Remove
  4. Remove any other Sage 50 E-mail Writer using the same steps.
  5. Reinstall the Sage 50 E-mail writer by running a repair on the Sage 50 installation.
