A transaction is defined as those actions which appear on the transaction tab of an asset which will be either a Disposal, a Partial Disposal, a Transfer or a Partial Transfer.

Running Depreciation, making critical values changes and/or inactivating an asset is not considered a transaction.

In Sage Fixed Assets:

1. From Asset Detail view of the original asset in the original company: Go to Asset menu or the Transactions tab.
2. Select Delete Last Transaction, Click Yes.
