How to undo a transfer
Description

You can’t delete the last transaction in bulk. Each asset requires an individual update.

Cause
A transaction includes actions listed on an asset’s Transactions tab:
  • Disposal
  • Partial Disposal
  • Transfer
  • Partial Transfer
Actions such as depreciation runs, critical value changes, or asset inactivation aren’t transactions.
Resolution

 In Sage Fixed Assets Depreciation:

  1. Open Asset Detail for the original asset in the original company.
  2. Select Asset menu, or open the Transactions tab.
  3. Click Delete Last Transaction.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
Note: You can only use Delete Last Transaction on the parent asset. It will be grayed out on the child asset. You can't delete undo transfers in bulk.
